Join former England no.1 badminton player Fontaine Wright for a 30 minute Bite Size Briefing on Wellbeing.

This bitesize introduction to well-being and stress tolerance will encourage you to self-reflect and provide you with strategies which you can apply within your everyday life.

The session will be delivered by Zoom, you will receive joining instructions after signing up.

Ranked number one in England and the highest world ranked player in England for almost five consecutive years, Fontaine reached a ranking of 50 in the world before having to retire due to lack of funding and injury. Winning two international titles and representing England over 30 times, Fontaine has won European Team Silver and Bronze medals as well as competing at the World Championships. During her career, Fontaine also achieved a degree in Sports Event Management and in 2017 completed her Masters degree in Journalism from Leeds Becket University.
