About Michelle Robinson

Michelle was originally a long jumper but in 1992 she was introduced to the triple jump and was soon leaps ahead of her competitors domestically, breaking numerous British records along the way. Michelle was the first woman in the Commonwealth to jump over 14 metres. She then went on to make three World Championship Finals and European Finals and narrowly missed out on a medal at the Commonwealth Games in 1998.
