By goal setting we are able to determine our priorities and focus our attention. This webinar will discuss the benefits of creating goals in order to reach high performance and how to apply this within your workplace and everyday life.

About David Hill:

David’s international swimming career spanned 12 years at the highest level, which included being the youngest athlete at the 2004 Paralympic Games.  He competed at both European and World Championships, where he obtained numerous records and international medals. In 2009 he won two bronze medals at the World Championships and another at the European Championships that year.

David transitioned over to Paratriathlon in 2013 and within that time he made the team for the Paralympic Games in Rio 2016, finishing 10th in the Paratriathlon, the first time this event was included in the Paralympics.
