Ciara is a barrister and currently Head of Legal Services for a large charitable organisation.

She practised at the Criminal Bar for a number of years before taking up various senior management roles within the Public and Voluntary Sectors.

Brought up in Northern Ireland during the Troubles, she, like many of her generation, experienced the negative impact that a deeply segregated society has on its young people.

As a result, Ciara believes wholeheartedly in the importance of early investment in the younger generation in order to create a positive impact on their future.
