Sport England recently launched a campaign called #StayInWorkOut to encourage everyone, no matter their age or fitness level to remain active during the current time. Our athlete mentors have stepped up to the challenge and have created short videos that we're posting every day on our social media channels to help everyone #StayInWorkOut.

Our athlete mentors are all world class athletes in their own rights. We have Olympians, Paralympians and World Champions in sports as diverse as football, fencing and skateboarding! Normally they would be working as mentors to young people in the community or in schools, helping them to develop the confidence, resilience and self esteem needed to live a positive life. Where possible we are trying to deliver that mentoring remotely and together they are creating a series of short videos to help everyone keep active and stay positive at the current time. Here are the first three that we have posted, there's a new one going up every day.
