"Before I went on Get on Track I was bullied at work and had lost my job. I was depressed and having suicidal thoughts.

I'm much happier now, thanks to the course, I learnt confidence skills and it brought me out of my comfort zone a lot.

On Community Champions I have to plan a sports related programme, advertise it and recruit between 15-20 young people. I'm going to try and target people with low self esteem, anxiety, depression and low confidence.

We want the best for our community so this is why it's going to be important for us."

We'll be keeping in touch with Colten and our other Community Champions over the next four months. Follow their stories on Twitter and Facebook.
