Youth Wellbeing Week - Goal Setting Join Paralympian swimmer Dave Hill for a free 30 minute session on Goal Setting, as part of our Youth Wellbeing Week delivered thanks to support from players of People's Postcode Lottery. Following the session, participants will be able to: Understand the goal setting process (dream, outcome and process goals) Have the opportunity to consider goals for the New Year and how to set SMART goals These sessions will be delivered via YouTube, you will receive details of the link in your confirmation email and you will receive a reminder the day before the event. -180 days -18 hours -23 mins -14 secs About David Hill: David’s international swimming career spanned 12 years at the highest level, which included being the youngest athlete at the 2004 Paralympic Games. He competed at both European and World Championships, where he obtained numerous records and international medals. In 2009 he won two bronze medals at the World Championships and another at the European Championships that year. David transitioned over to Paratriathlon in 2013 and within that time he made the team for the Paralympic Games in Rio 2016, finishing 10th in the Paratriathlon, the first time this event was included in the Paralympics.
