"I had a really troubled childhood, I was sexually abused and ended up living in every hostel in Bristol. After a fight one time I knew I needed to sort myself out. I attended a Get on Track course and changed my life.  

Since attending the course, my life has turned out really well. I went for an interview for a voluntary job but they ended up saying the wanted to employ me so now I’m in paid employment!

As part of the Community Champions project, we have to find a vulnerable group in our community and set up a sports project or engage them in sport – I’ve got an idea of who I want to work with!
