Lee Jackson signed as a professional Rugby League player for his home town club Hull FC at the age of 16 . He was a hooker who played for the Great Britain team 17 times, England six times and the Rest of the World once.

He played for 6 clubs in his 20 year career including two teams in Australia.

Lee Jackson was in the Guinness Book of World records for scoring the fastest try in 9 seconds for Hull against the Sheffield Eagles in the 1992 Yorkshire Cup semi-final

Giving Back

Lee joined the Trust in 2013, and has been involved in various young people programmes and projects in and around Hull, Leeds and Selby. His passion is seeing children achieve and become confident in what they are aiming to do.
