Millions of working days are lost each year due to mental ill health and the costs of these are significant to employers. Our courses are accredited by Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) England and designed to encourage people to feel more comfortable and confident when discussing mental health, along with providing the skills to offer guidance and support to anyone who may be in need.

Supporting the value of well-being across an organisation is key and these sessions provide varying degree of knowledge to best support your team.

Everybody has mental health, and it is a continuum, at times people can experience poor mental health. Allowing people to be honest and open about their mental health can help to catch it early, allowing them to access support and greatly improve their chances of recovery.

Reviews of previous courses:

"Great course that increased my learning and confidence to be able to have very difficult but potential life-saving conversations."

David Hill, Paralympic swimmer and triathlete

"I thought the MHFA 2-day course I completed in December was a real insight into some of the challenges young people face. Having completed the course, I feel I have another level of understanding and more importantly awareness and confidence to support a young person when they are in a crisis. I’d highly recommend the course to not only those working with young people but parents too."

Sarah Ayton, Olympic sailor
