This year has been difficult for many young people and as we enter winter, the Trust wanted to offer something extra to young people to help them at this time.  We're really pleased to introduce our very first Youth Wellbeing Week – a series of online webinars led by our world class athletes, designed to help young people manage their wellbeing over the next few months.

Thanks to support from players of People's Postcode Lottery, these 30 minute sessions which take place from 14-18 December will be free to all participants. What's more, they're not restricted to young people who are on our programmes, but they're available to anyone to watch who would like to, whether that's at school, via a youth group or at home.

As with all our programmes, the sessions will be led by former world class athletes who have all faced challenges during their sporting careers and all have years of experience delivering our youth programmes all over the country. The sessions we are delivering are:

We hope our Youth Wellbeing Week will help young people navigate the months ahead and give them tools and techniques to emerge from this period stronger. If you have any questions about the content or attending the sessions, please don't hesitate to contact Pippa on [email protected]

We'd like to say a huge thank you to the players of People’s Postcode Lottery for enabling us to run these sessions for free. Young people can sign up individually or teachers and youth group leaders can sign up as a group and watch together. All sessions will be broadcast live via our YouTube channel
