On Track to Achieve - Intro to the Programme CONFIDENCE, RESILIENCE, SELF-ESTEEM: Our wellbeing programme unlocks these key skills in young people, increasing teachability and supporting OFSTED requirements. Motivating and aspirational, it helps them build healthy relationships in school and with the wider community, and understand the importance of physical and mental wellness. With a strong focus on their own personal development, the programme promotes positive behaviours and attitudes, and sets them up to achieve in education, work and life. Delivered by Dame Kelly Holmes Trust Athlete Mentors who use their unique experience and skillset from the world of elite sport to act as positive role models and support young people to achieve their potential. The programme is designed for 11–19 year-olds in your school who you believe would benefit from the support of a role model to improve one or more of the following: Self-esteem Confidence Resilience Behaviour Wellbeing Previous programmes have seen the following great results: What are the outcomes?
