Rebecca has worked her way through the age grades of rugby playing and captaining Wales Under 18’s and 20’s. At the age of 17 she received her first international senior Cap against England, playing in Twickenham stadium, following in the footsteps of her brother and father, who both played as flankers for Wales.

She has travelled all around the world with the senior Welsh women’s team, playing both in the 7 aside and 15 aside formats of the game. To date she has 24 caps, and competed in the Women's World Cup 2015 that was held in France and played against many talented athletes.  She has represented her country in sevens playing in international tournaments in Amsterdam, Bulgaria, Russia etc. Currently, she has taken time out of rugby to concentrate on her Bachelor of Science Degree in Exeter University studying Sports and Exercise Science.

Giving Back:

Rebecca has shadowed on a ‘Giving Back’ scheme in Exeter, helped out on seven out of the fifteen days of the course. She has currently delivered sessions on CV and cover letter write skills, to help the young people translate their achievements into writing. Allowing them to unlock their potential and give them confidence in a working environment.

  • Played Rugby Union in four 6Nations not including captain Wales U18’s and Vice-captaining Wales U20’s at the age of 15/16
