Sinead won a silver medal in Netball Europe in 2008, representing Northern Ireland at Under 21 level before changing sports to focus on rugby.

Sinead gained Welsh residency in August 2015 & now trains with the Wales Women's National Rugby Squad. Sinead is a full back or winger who plays for the Ospreys and has her goals firmly set on qualifying for the Commonwealth Games in 2018.

Giving Back

Sinead was involved with the Gloucester Get On Track project, saying how great it had been to ‘give back’ right from the start of her time with Trust.  As well as being the support athlete for the ‘On Your Marks’ stage of the program, she enjoyed the experience so much that she volunteered to stay on and help during the Community Project, which proved extremely rewarding.
