Following your sessions with your athlete mentor, we want you to continue to feel supported. We’ve created workout videos so you can stay active, which we know benefits your recovery. We’ve also created some information and videos that you can use to continue to support your wellbeing as you carry on your journey.
Supporting your Wellbeing
We know you have been working with your athlete mentor on supporting your wellbeing. Perhaps you were working on something specific, or maybe you talked through a lot of things that could help you maintain good wellbeing.
The videos you will find below are designed to give you bitesize pieces of information and advice from our team of athlete mentors. You can watch them in your own time, or look at the videos that are most relevant to you and how you are feeling.
